Between Trosa and Nyköping, Lake Sibbo is known for pike, zander and perch. Big Fish Sweden describes the fishing as private, with exclusive fishing rights and a catch-and-release approach. The lake sits in the grounds around Björksund Castle, within reach of Stockholm by road.

Rental boats are the main way to fish this private water; the camp’s published rules say private boats and kayaks are not allowed. Guided trips are also available, with a guide boat and tackle described by the camp. Ask which boat equipment, fuel and guiding options are included for your dates.
Sibbo House is in Björksund Castle park, around 100 metres from the boats. Big Fish Sweden lists four self-catering apartments with kitchens, living rooms, shower and toilet, plus Wi-Fi. Its published information also lists linen, towels and final cleaning; confirm the current apartment setup and what is included when you enquire.
Lake Sibbo is managed as strict catch and release. The camp’s published rules also prohibit lip grips and live-imaging sonar, and allow trolling with up to four rods. Rules can change, so confirm the latest requirements before fishing.
